No, it's not a skirt, it's the bottom of his jacket. But I was scribbling his uniform, and thinking "man, he's totally wearing a skirt or somthin'." By the by, the semi-reason I only drew the bottom of Allen is cuz there hasn't been exactly wonderful pictures of his uniform. ;__; And I can't draw his face.
I've been trying to get dgm out of my drawing system, but IT. IS. A. DRUG. LOVE DOING THE GRADIENT+NOISE EFFECT. OMG. 'TIS GREAT. And it looks so clean and professional~ Hoshino-sensei~~~~<333 Allen better be the star in chapter 88! ps. i tried to copy the sharp Hoshino-sensei style, but it didn't work. |

I dunno what I see in this pic, just legs, but these clear lines makes it somehow great.
The perspective may be the key (and the thinness, like I said). But like you said, it looks professional. Hmm...
And yeah, you're right, some times Allen's coat looks a bit like a skirt. xD
